Leanna Smith
Owner, Operator, Virtual Assistant.
The woman behind the scenes, Leanna started her first business at just 18 years old. She did it all- the marketing, the bookkeeping, the client management… And that was before she even started work on the project! Clients consistently praised her hard work, efficiency, and open communication while getting the job done.
After 10 successful years, she decided to retire from self-employment and started work in medical administration before transitioning into financial admin and office management.
Now, with over 15 years of professional experience with everything from running the front desk to creating the SOP’s and systems the front desk runs on, Leanna brings a rare blend of creativity, precision, and operational know-how.

By strict definition, a Virtual Assistant is a skilled professional (usually an independent contractor) that provides help completing tasks outside of the clients physical office.
